What’s included with my order? Your order will include Half or Full trays of your catering selections
Any extras? Yes! Complimentary Homemade bread & dipping oil with every order - perfect for any gathering!
What about Utensils? Currently we do not provide serving or dining utensils
How do I cancel my order? To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at bosfaitalianrestaurant@gmail.com. Due to the nature of our catering service & preparation requirements, cancellation policies vary based on how far in advance you notify us.
What is your cancellation policy? Orders canceled 3 days before pickup/delivery receive a full refund. For example: pickup/delivery for 12/24/2025, order can be canceled until 11:59pm 12/21/2025. Orders canceled less than 3 days before pickup/delivery cannot be refunded as order preparation has begun.
How long does it take to receive my refund? Once we process your cancellation, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Can I modify my order instead of canceling? Yes! If you need to change your order details, pickup time, or delivery address, please contact us at least 3 days before your scheduled time & we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I need to cancel due to an emergency? We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us immediately & we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
